We provide four medical ayis to help take care of the sick children or those recovering from medical treatment.  Also, new children to the orphanage are isolated in this department for a short time to determine their medical needs and ensure they are not infectious.   There can be up to 25 children in this department and it varies due to season and influx of new children.
